AgriJibu accepts returns within 3 days of delivery or collection. After 3 days, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

For safety, regulatory, and quality control reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or unsealed:
Customers must inspect parcels at the courier office before leaving.
Claims reported after leaving the courier premises may be declined where evidence of damage prior to collection is insufficient.
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is attributable to AgriJibu.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged and reported in accordance with this policy.
AgriJibu reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions above. This policy operates in accordance with applicable Kenyan consumer protection laws.
